Both residents and non-residents are eligible to complete the process, provided all property seller and buyer documents and related clearances are submitted in accordance with DLD regulations.

Procedural Features of Title Deed Transfer

The process begins with the submission of an official request and the required documents. These documents include: a transfer letter, valid identification, passports for non-residents, and a trade licence for companies. Once verified, the transaction details are entered into the DLD system and the applicable property transfer fees are paid.
