For a New Emirates ID
Passport and recent photo. GCC citizens must provide proof of UAE residency.
For Emirates ID Renewals
Valid passport and photo, as well as supporting documents (if required by the ICP).
For Lost or Damaged ID Replacement
Passport, photo, and the document used for the previous issuance.
For GCC citizens
Gulf ID or UAE residency proof. Parent’s ID required if under 21.
