An MOA legal translation in the UAE refers to the official Arabic translation of a company’s Memorandum of Association (or any amendments to it), completed by a UAE-licensed legal translator and certified for submission to government authorities.

In Dubai and the wider UAE, the Arabic version of the MOA is the only legally recognised version for company incorporation, licensing, amendments and notarisation. Any MOA drafted in another language must be legally translated into Arabic before it can be notarised by the Dubai Courts Notary Public or the Notary Public of the Dubai Digital Government.

This is probably the best government service hub in Dubai. You come in, asked to be seated, and the staff will come to you instead of standing on the reception and on queue.
